How To Complete Your Juice Plus Order
When you click on the link shared with you, click on the “Check Out” button. You will then be prompted to login or create an account when checking out. Customers cannot check out as a guest so they cannot complete the process unless they login or create a new account. Existing customers would login (after activating their account, watch video below) and new customers would create a new account.
How To Activate Your Order Account
If you have an active Juice Plus order, or you had an order in the previous 12 months, your information has been migrated to the new website. You simply need to activate your account.
DESKTOP
- Go to juiceplus.com.
- Click on Log In.
- Click on Activate Account
- Enter your email address and click Submit
- Check your email and click the link in the email to activate your account and set a password
- You can now login to manage your orders
MOBILE
- Go to juiceplus.com.
- Click on ≡
- Click on Activate Account
- Enter your email address and click Submit
- Check your email and click the link in the email to activate your account and set a password
- You can now login to manage your orders
How To Edit an Order (Cancel, Rush or Delay shipment, Update Payment)
A shipment can be skipped, providing the current ship date is within 30 days. The new ship date will be pushed out four months. For example, if your order was due to ship on October 1 and you skip the shipment it will now be set to ship on February 1.
You must have activated your account before following the steps below.
DESKTOP
- Go to juiceplus.com.
- Click on Log In.
- Enter your email and password and click on Login.
- Scroll down and click View Subscriptions.
- Click on the subscription ID for the order you want to delay.
- Click Manage then Skip next shipment.
- Click on Yes, skip this shipment.
- Shipment will be delayed until the date shown.
OR
- Click Manage then Rush shipment.
- Click on the date you would like the order to ship, then click on Submit.
- The ship date will be updated to the date you selected.
OR
- Click Manage then Edit Shipping Address.
- Enter the new address and then click Update Address.
- Repeat this for each subscription.
OR
- Click Manage then Edit Payment Information.
- Click on Add New and then Save, or select a card you have previously added and click Save.
- Repeat this for each subscription.
