Why this mattersWhen your content speaks to one type of person specifically, they feel seen. "This is exactly me" is worth 10x more than "this is for everyone."
Your WHY lives on the Home tabWrite it there, then weave it into your first story post — one authentic sentence beats a paragraph that sounds like a script. People follow people, not products.

The 3-1-1 Rule3 value/lifestyle posts · 1 product post · 1 business post. Don't lead with selling. Lead with helping.
Always use a photo or video of YOUInstagram, Facebook and TikTok all show posts with faces in them to more people. A photo of you holding your products, doing your morning routine, or just talking to camera will always outperform a product shot. People don't buy products — they buy you. They buy the transformation they see in your face, your energy, your life. Product pictures alone don't build trust. You do.

The golden ruleDon't copy and paste these word for word. Read them, then write it in your own voice. The scripts give you the structure — your personality makes them work.

Who to approach for product vs business Product: Anyone dealing with low energy, bloating, weight, gut issues, picky kids, busy lifestyle, wanting to feel better. Parents with kids aged 4–21 are prime for Healthy Starts — which applies when ordering the Fruit, Veg & Berry or Fruit & Veg Capsules (or Superfood Powders). Business: Mums returning to work, people with bills to pay, anyone who loves health, natural sellers, people between jobs, those who've mentioned wanting extra income.

Recurring PV
The Monthly Reset.
A 10-day guided product programme. Your biggest recurring sales tool.
Why the Reset is Gold for a New Partner
It creates urgency, builds community, drives repeat orders, and gives your customers accountability. It's also the easiest content to create — just document your own reset.
How to Run Your First Reset
Announce it publicly — "I'm doing a 10-day reset starting [date]. Anyone want to join me?"
Add your participants to the Facebook group so they have access to the community and the reset tracker
Share daily check-ins — even just 3 lines or a photo of your shake
Encourage participants to share their own check-ins in the group
Day 5 — share how you're feeling. Be honest. Real results beat perfection.
Day 10 — share the outcome and invite people to do the next round
Follow up with completers — who wants to go again or add the capsules?
📈
Monthly Resets = Monthly PVEvery reset participant is a recurring order. Run one reset a month with 5–8 people and that's a significant chunk of your monthly PV from people who already trust you.

Healthy Starts — your secret weapon.
One of the most powerful tools you have. Use it early. Use it often.
🌟 The Healthy Starts Programme
When a customer orders the Fruit, Veg & Berry Capsules or the Fruit & Veg Capsules, their children aged 4 to 21 can receive the children's Chewables or equivalent product completely FREE. This also applies to the Superfood Powders. It does not apply to Complete Shakes. This is a genuine programme — not a gimmick.
✓Fruit & Veg Capsules — kids get Fruit & Veg Chewables free
✓Superfood Powders — kids get the equivalent powder free
✅ These are the qualifying products. If your customer is ordering any of these, their kids qualify.
💬
How to introduce itDon't lead with it. Once someone shows interest in the Fruit, Veg & Berry Capsules, say: "Oh, and one thing I should mention — if you have kids between 4 and 21, they can actually get the children's version completely free when you order. Do you have kids?"
🏆
Why it retains customersParents who order for their kids too are far less likely to cancel. Higher retention = consistent PV for you every month.
⚡
Use this with every parent on your listIn your 👥 People List, filter for anyone you've noted as a parent or with kids. These are your highest-priority Healthy Starts conversations. The fact that the parent gets their own nutrition sorted at the same time makes this incredibly easy to say yes to.
Handle With Confidence
Common objections — and how to respond.
These are the objections you will hear most. Read through them so they never catch you off guard. You don't need to memorise scripts — just understand the real concern underneath each one.
💡
The golden rule with objectionsAn objection is not a no. It's usually a question in disguise. Don't panic, don't push — just get curious. "That's totally fair — can I ask what specifically you're thinking?" opens the door every time.
The Big Ones
🚩 "Isn't this a pyramid scheme?"
This is the most common one. People confuse legitimate direct sales companies with illegal pyramid schemes — they're not the same thing.
What to say: "I totally get why people ask that — I asked the same thing! A pyramid scheme is illegal and involves no real product. With Juice Plus, everything is built on real products that people actually buy and use every month. I only earn when someone genuinely orders. It's legitimate, it's been around since 1970, and it's sold in over 30 countries. That wouldn't be possible if it wasn't above board."
💸 "It's too expensive."
Price objections usually mean they haven't seen the value yet — or they're comparing it to things that don't do the same job.
What to say: "I thought the same before I looked into it. When you break it down it's roughly the price of a coffee a day — and it's replacing the gap between what we eat and what we actually need. If you have kids aged 4 to 21, they can also get their products free when you order, which makes it even better value. What's the bit that feels steep — is it the monthly cost or the upfront commitment?"
⏰ "I don't have time."
They may mean time to try the product, or time to look into the business. Either way, this is often code for "I'm not sure it's worth my time" — and that's about value, not time.
What to say: "Honestly, that's exactly why it suits a lot of people — it literally takes 10 seconds in the morning. No meal prep, no complicated routine. It fits into what you're already doing. If the time you meant was looking into it — I can send you a quick voice note that covers the main bits in under 3 minutes. Would that work?"
Product Objections
🥗 "I already eat pretty healthily."
This is actually a good conversation starter — healthy eaters are often the best customers once they understand the gap.
What to say: "That's honestly brilliant — and you'll appreciate this then. The research shows that even people who eat well typically fall short of the 7–9 portions of different fruits and veg a day that gives your body what it needs. Juice Plus is made from 30 different whole foods — not to replace your diet, but to bridge the gap. It's used by professional athletes and recommended by nutritionists for exactly that reason."
🤔 "I don't believe in supplements."
This comes from a healthy scepticism about synthetic vitamins — and it's actually a fair point. Juice Plus is different from a standard supplement.
What to say: "I actually agree with you — most supplements are isolated synthetic vitamins, and the research on those is mixed. Juice Plus is made from whole food — it's literally the juice of 30 fruits, vegetables and berries, dried down into a capsule or chewable. It's not a vitamin tablet. There are over 40 published clinical studies behind it, which is more than most pharmaceutical products. Does that change things at all?"
😔 "I've tried things like this before and they didn't work."
They've been let down before. Lead with empathy — don't immediately defend Juice Plus.
What to say: "That's completely fair — there's a lot of stuff out there that overpromises and underdelivers, and it's exhausting. Can I ask what you tried? I ask because Juice Plus works differently — it's not a diet product or a weight loss pill. It's just whole food nutrition. Most people notice it in things like energy, digestion, skin and immunity after about 4–6 weeks of consistency. It's not dramatic — it's just your body working better."
Hesitation & Stalling
🤷 "I'll think about it / I'll let you know."
This is the most common soft no. It usually means they have a concern they haven't voiced. Your job is to gently surface it.
What to say: "Of course — no rush at all! Can I just ask, is there a specific part you're unsure about? I'm not trying to push, I just want to make sure you've got the right information. Sometimes people are thinking about it because they have a question they haven't asked yet — and I'd rather answer that than have you sitting with something."
👫 "I need to ask my partner first."
Completely valid — and a sign they're genuinely considering it. Help them have the conversation with their partner, don't try to bypass it.
What to say: "Absolutely — that's sensible. Can I send you something short you could forward to them? Or better yet, could I send you a short video or voice note that explains the main points — that way you're not having to remember everything when you explain it? I'd love to make it easy for them to say yes too."
🔬 "Is it safe? Does it actually work?"
This is a legitimate question — and a good one. Lean into the evidence rather than defending it emotionally.
What to say: "It's the right question to ask. Juice Plus has over 40 independent clinical studies from universities across the world — it's one of the most researched nutritional products available. It's NSF Certified (which is the same certification professional sports teams use), it's safe for pregnancy, and it's been around since 1970. I can send you a couple of the studies if you want to see the actual research?"
Business Objections
😬 "I don't want to sell to my friends."
This is one of the most common business objections — and it's rooted in a fear of damaging relationships. Reframe what "selling" means.
What to say: "I felt exactly the same — I was terrified of coming across salesy. But honestly? You're not selling to your friends, you're sharing something that's made a difference for you. Think about the last time you told someone about a great restaurant or a show you loved — that's what this is. You're not cold calling strangers, you're just having honest conversations with people you already care about."
❓ "I wouldn't know where to start."
This is about confidence, not capability. They're open to the idea — they just need to know they'll be supported.
What to say: "That's exactly how I felt on day one — and honestly I think most people do. The good news is you don't have to figure it out alone. There's a Getting Started video you can watch anytime and a live Opportunity Call every Thursday at 8pm — everything is structured for you. I'll be with you the whole way. You'd literally just need to follow the plan. Would you be open to listening in on Thursday's call to see how it works?"
📱 "I'm not good on social media."
A very common one. Reassure them that big audiences or polished content are not required.
What to say: "You genuinely don't need to be. Most of the people doing really well with this started with a small, private Facebook account and a few hundred friends. You don't need a following — you need honesty. One real post from a real person with 200 followers will always outperform something polished that feels like an ad. You'd be surprised how little the numbers matter when the message is genuine."
🛡️
RememberYou will never have the perfect answer to every objection. What matters is that you stay calm, stay curious, and don't take it personally. Most objections come from a lack of information — not a lack of interest. Keep the conversation going.
